Airport Outlines (airportoutlines.com) sells print-on-demand art prints of airport runway diagrams. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are — including your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.
The short version: we collect only what's needed to fulfill your order. We don't track you, we don't advertise to you, and we don't sell your data.

We only collect personal information when you place an order. This includes:
We do not collect payment card information. Payments are processed directly by Stripe, who handles all card data under their own privacy policy.
We do not collect analytics, device identifiers, IP addresses (beyond what Cloudflare logs in transit), or any behavioral data.
Your information is used solely to fulfill your order:
We will never send you marketing emails, add you to a mailing list, or contact you for any reason unrelated to your order.
Legal basis (GDPR): We process your data on the basis of contract performance — your data is necessary to fulfill the purchase you made.
We share the minimum necessary data with two service providers to fulfill your order:
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.
All service providers are contractually required to process your data only for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We retain order records (name, email, shipping address, order details) for two years from the date of your order. This period supports our ability to respond to any order disputes, defect claims, or replacement requests.
After two years, order records are permanently deleted from our systems. You can also request earlier deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).
Airport Outlines uses no cookies of any kind — no tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies.
We use your browser's local storage (a client-side storage mechanism similar to cookies) to remember your display preferences — things like color theme, map layers, and slideshow speed. This data never leaves your browser, is not transmitted to our servers, and requires no consent under applicable law because it is strictly functional.

Order data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database accessible only through our server-side worker. All connections are encrypted via TLS. Secrets (API keys, credentials) are stored in Cloudflare's secrets management system and never appear in source code.
Airport Outlines is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare's global network. Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where Cloudflare, Stripe, Artelo, and Resend operate their services. Each of these providers maintains appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
